It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Pumfery (Watervliet, Michigan), born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gilliam and Leva Gilliam (King); and her brothers, Bill, Robert and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Flowers, Pamela Jurczak (Jeff), John Stratford (Lanie) and Jeffrey Stratford (April); her brother Walter Gilliam; her son-in-law Bob Flowers; and her friend Max Taylor. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
