He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Imler-Dixon; his parents, Rudy Dixon and Marcella Dixon (Immoos); his grandson Joshua; and his siblings, Tina, Brian and Barb.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Robbins (Rob), Christopher Dixon and Megan Dixon; his grandson Brandon Dixon; his stepdaughter Amanda Imler-Ratliff; and his siblings, Don Dixon, Robert Dixon, Marcy Elston, Ron Dixon, Angie McGillivary (Chad), Rudy Dixon (Jane) and Jim Dixon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
