He was predeceased by: his father Jessie C. Howell; his stepfather Lonnie Johnson; and his grandparents, Opal, J. C. Howell, Maude and Arthur Blodgett Sr..
He is survived by: his mother Betty Taylor (Blodgett); his daughters, Kelsey Leann and Karlianne Marie Howell; his sisters, Carolyn Johnson (Bill) and Cheryl Johnson; and his cousin James Howell. He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to his daughters.
