He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Woodrow, Dovie Downey, Delbert and Wanda Lilies. He is survived by: his son Gavin; his wife Ashley; his parents, Larry Downey and Dovie Downey; his sister Candida Sinclair (Ted); and his nephew Jacob Sinclair. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
