He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jarvis and Marion Jarvis (Hillaker); his daughter-in-law Lori Jarvis; and his brothers-in-law, Floyd Sanders and Burt Tetzlaff.
He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Jarvis and James Jarvis Jr. (Tammy); his grandchildren, Caroline Jarvis, Alyssa Jarvis, Erik Jarvis, Alexandra Jarvis, Mackenzie Jarvis and Nathaniel Jarvis; and his siblings, Darrell Jarvis (Gail) and Barbara Whitaker (Lawrence). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
