She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Jane Reynolds (Skinner); her husband George; her children, Charles E. Winkoff, Jr. (Jane), Richard W. Winkoff (Joan), Jayne Buckles (Henry), Cindy Elmore (Jack), James Patterson, Linda Felbinger (Jim), Debbie Nolte (Rick), George Patterson (Colleen) and Patrick Patterson (Lisa); her brother Richard W. Reynolds; and her sons, Michael Winkoff and Philip Patterson.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Irene may be made to the family or Caring circle Hospice.
