He was predeceased by: his former wife Melody; and his nephew Steven Davis. He is survived by: his wife Justine Drake; his children, Janice Drake and Curtis Drake (Beth); his stepchildren, Samantha Childress, Mark Smith (Julie), Scott Smith (Rhonda) and Karen Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Christian Lee, Falon Roberts, Joshua Admave (Becca) and Joseph Gonzalez; his sister Terry Davis (Jerry); his brother-in-law Rod Krieger (Sharon); and his niece Tracy Huckabee (Wayne).
