She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Barnett and Bertha Barnett (Webster); her husband Leslie; and her grandson Scott Garland. She is survived by: her children, Leslie R. Garland, Terry A. Garland, Phillip A. Garland and Sheila D. (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
