He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Heather Vasquez and Brandi Atherton (Jacob); his grandchildren, Britnie Finehout (Steve), Makaylah Vasquez (Daniel Sanborn), Devin Skogen, Briahna Silvia (Austin), Theresa Skogen (Coty Krueger), Ahlexis Vasquez, Maryah Vasquez, Jacob Atherton, Austin Vasquez and Daxton Atherton; his great grandchildren, Jayce Finehout, Ivie Finehout and Remi Skogen; his mother Charlotte Phillips (Bowersock); his siblings, Rodney Phillips (Sandra), Randy Phillips (Sharon) and Brenda Parker (Howard); his wife Theresa Phillips (Liles); his son-in-law Tom Vasquez; his father Darrell N. Phillips; his nephews, Rusty and Shane Phillips; and his great-niece Zoe Phillips.
