He was predeceased by: his parents, George Watkins and Hazel Watkins (Grannell). He is survived by: his close friend Beth Mosher; his children, Jessica Watkins, Charles Watkins Jr. and Shannon Arndt; his grandchildren, Jordan Margiotta, Jessa (Lynne Watkins) and Skylar; his brother George Watkins (Renell); and his niece Karissa Treder.
