He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kathryn Johnson; his daughter Angela Johnson; his parent Euvelean Johnson (Huckabee); and his sisters, Bonnie Johnson and Patsy Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Johnson, Mechelle Jouppi (James) and Bobby G. Johnson Jr. (Rachel); his stepchildren, Brittney Martin (David), Gary Zomant, Shawn Zomant and Steven Zomant; and his siblings, Carol Yancey, Billy "Slick" Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Linda Colburn, Trisha Hall and Kathleen Berryhill. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
