She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mosiej and Evelyn Mosiej (Wozniak); her stepfather Karl Zastrow; and her sister Diane Tavolacci (Sam). She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Smith; her grandchildren, Danile and Thomas Smith; her niece Bridget Prince (Christopher); and her nephew Jeffery Tavolacci.
