He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Underwood and Ann Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Susan Underwood; his children, Tara Schroeder (Eric), Matthew Underwood and Lyndsey Winfield (Ryan); his grandchildren, Raelynne Schroeder, Harper Winfield and Everett Winfield; and his sister Sandy Guba (Steve). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, close friends.
