It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Simon Gonzales of Waterford, Michigan, born in Poteet, Texas, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Gonzales and Ines Gonzales; his wife Olga Sue; and his siblings, Ramona, Marcelina and Jose.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Gonzales, Lydia Rosario, Ricardo Gonzales (Jackelyn) and Lisa Paramo (Michael); his grandchildren, Andrea (Tomy), Madelina (Josh), Jorge Desiree (Victoria), Miguel, Alejandra, Mariano and Maricela; his siblings, Mary, Cristina (Mark), Maria Elena (Daniel) and Esteban (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Irma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
