She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Rice; her children, Theresa Rice (Lana McMillen), James Rice (Kelly), Mark Rice, Mary Thorell (Toby) and Brian Rice (Leeann); her grandchildren, Bill, Sam, Tim, Matt, Rachel, Kyle, Tyrus, Teagan, Elizabeth and Dean; her close friend Carol Sears; and her cousins, Terry, Marie Brotemarkle and Ron Langevin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home (5630 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48327). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Perpetua Catholic Church (134 Airport Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48327).

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Diabetes Association.
