It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Sue Clifton in Waterford, Michigan, who passed away on October 10, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phyllis Sue may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis Sue touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Finney; and her sisters, Janet Malinowski and Frances Thurkettle. She is survived by: her husband Gladwin Clifton, Jr.; her daughters, Charise Spink (Todd) of Rapid City and Kenda Olmstead (Bryan) of Davidson; her grandchildren, Blake, Baylee, Colton (Ashley West), Farrah and Easton Olmstead; and her great grandchild Layla West of Rapid City.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home (106 S Cherry St, Kalkaska, MI 49646). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
