She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Beacom and Ovie Beacom (Scarbrough); her husband Samuel Ritchie; and her siblings, Geraldine Jameson (late Richard) and Donald Beacom (late Barb).

She is survived by : her children, Julie Allen (Larry Warunek), David T. Linsenman (Susan), Sandi Taliercio (Vince), Butch Ritchie (Lynda), Ron Ritchie (Julie Day), Jane Boyer (Tom) and Lori Hooper; and her close friend Margaret Lemos. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
