He is survived by: his wife Dawn Suttle; his children, Michael Hook (Kelly), Gina Emery (James) and Norman Shaw (Lynsey); his grandchildren, Elliot, Rebel and Jacob (Shannon); his great grandchild Carlin; and his siblings, Lonnie Suttle and Larry Suttle.
