Cindy L. Fowler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cindy L. Fowler of Waterford, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ranbarger and Bonnie Ranbarger; and her brothers, Donald Ranbarger and Kenneth Ranbarger. She is survived by: her boyfriend David Friar; her children, Tania Shepard (Justin Hardwick), Jerry Fowler (Nicole) and Vincent Fowler; her grandchildren, Christopher Shepard, Tyler Shepard, Tia Shepard, Daimion Hardwick, Daiton Hardwick, Devyn Fowler, Cassidy Fowler, Luci Fowler, Everett Fowler, Beckham Fowler, Kaeleigh Medley, Vaeda Medley, Gavin Courson, Devin Smith, Vincent Smith, Phoenix Smith, Gage Smith, Skylar and Carter; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Ellie and Conner; and her siblings, Victor Ranbarger (Darcia), Jimmy Ranbarger (Sally) and Esther Tarket. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Milford (404 E Liberty St, Milford Charter Twp, MI 48381).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Cindy's name can be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
