She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Spadafore; her spouse Ralph Mazza; her child Frank Mazza; and her sibling Betty Puertas. She is survived by: her parent Virginia Spadafore; her children, Gary Mazza, Denise Mazza and Annemarie Grostic; her grandchildren, Amber Cunnings (Tom) and Madaline Fitzpatrick; her great grandchild Willow Cunnings; and her siblings, Julia Mazza and James Spadafore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donation envelopes will be at the funeral home.
