He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Bass (Michael Scheid), Lisa Borkowski (Mark) and Robert Bizek (Cindy Wall); his sibling Edith Leaf; his grandchildren, Robert, MaryAnn, Charlotte, Chelsea, William, Halle, Blake, Benjamin and Abigail; his great grandchild Dahlia; and his wife MaryAnn.
