Keith; her children, Cathy Ann White (Phil), Dawn Sullivan (Gary), Richard Keith (Kelly), Michael Keith and Michele Sells (John); her siblings, Richard Keith (Joann) and Cherished; her grandchildren, Kristopher, Mickey (Christina), Andrea (Joe), Jamie, Heather, Adam, Carrie, Tina, Tiffany (Jason) and Natalie; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Benjamin, Dillon, Meagan, Devon, Kiley, Carley, Alliyah, Arianna and Aaron; and also Beloved.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
