He was predeceased by: his son Paul D. Alcala. He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Denise Alcala' (Robert Davidson), Michaelena Moore (Robert), Teresa Alcala'Swanson, Richard Alcala', Laura LaRosa (Jim), Mitchell Alcala' (Kathryn) and Sandra Brammer-Gonzales (Ethriam); and his sisters, Anita Garcia, Caroline Sandoval and Linda Morales. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
