We bid farewell to Mayo Gillis Waters (Waterford Township, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 19, 2024 at the age of 91. Mayo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his former wife Marion; and his brother Douglas (Beverly). He is survived by: his sister Nancy Southwick; his wife Susan; his children, Craig, Todd (Carolina) and Rachel Ponkey (Mike); his stepchildren, Wendy MacKenzie (Greg) and Matt Berg (Julie); and his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Alec, Alyssa, Michael, Emma, Caitlin, James, Charlie and Maggie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St Jude, another children's hospital, or a favorite charity.
