She was predeceased by: her husband Nickolas Jacek. She is survived by: her son Christopher Jacek (Jenna); her grandchildren, Sagan and Sonia; and her pet Tebow. She is also survived by friends, but her love of cats continues to live on in her son and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Best Friends Animal Society in Utah.
