She was predeceased by: her husband James T. Lewis, Sr.; her son James T. Lewis, Jr.; her parents, Frank and Bulah; her siblings, Frank Chufar and Neva Howard; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Heppner.
She is survived by: her children, Gay Heppner, Jon Timothy Lewis and Beloved; her grandchildren, Tracey Ayotte (Mike), Nicole Hackman and Brandon Lewis (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Kyle, Katlynn, Trevor, Wyatt, Dylan, Audrey and Avatt; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Chatterton and Jerry Lewis.
