He is survived by: his wife Suzanne C. Welch; his children, Teresa Garcia (Leo), Lynette Smith (Raymond Lundsten), Shelly Holtquist (late Gregory), Laine Reynolds (Deborah) and Carri McNelis (Patrick); his grandchildren, Mark Garcia, Katie Garcia, Ben Holtquist, Zach Holtquist, Chris Reynolds (Leanne), Scott Reynolds and Austin Reynolds; and his great grandchildren, Hazel, Avery and Maya. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
