She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bolivard Bishop and Margaret Evelynn Bush; and her husband Maurice William Dicer. She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Ballard of Illinois.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coats Funeral Home (3141 Sashabaw Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48329). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
