She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Major and Ella Major (Beyers); her former husband Andy; her son Glenn Askew; her daughter-in-law Diane Askew; and her brother Campbell Major.
She is survived by: her husband Romeo Church of Christ; her children, Peggy Grandstaff (Bill) of Romeo and Phillip Askew of Ray; her grandchildren, Lisa Grandstaff of Washington, Erin Nestle (Dave) of St. Joseph, Sarah Grandstaff of Mt. Pleasant, Jason Askew (Brenda) of St. Clair Shores and Erika Davis (Robb) of Westminster; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brendan, Isabel Minnie, Emma, Portia, Alexis, Jacob and Nicholas; and her great great grandchild Adrianna.
Memorial Donations can be made in Margaret's name to Humane Society.
