He was predeceased by: his parents, James Curlett and Elsie Curlett. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Eric (Andrea), Christopher (Shelia), Kelsey Curley (Jared) and Brian (Kate); his grandchildren, Laila, Isabel, Braeden and Cameron; and his sisters, Julie Meginley (Jim), Mary LaRue (Jim), Joyce Marahrens (Jack) and JoAnn Monte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many other family members.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
