He is survived by : his children, Diana Germani (John) of Colorado, David Kwiatkowski (Sherrie) of Romeo, Douglas Kwiatkowski (Cari) of Shelby Township, Denise Kwiatkowski of Montana, Daniel Kwiatkowski (Angela) of Warren and Debra Goertz (Alan) of Grand Blanc; his siblings, Eleanor Hunt (Robert), Joann Banashak (Robert) and Donald Kwiatkowski (Pauline); his grandchildren, Danielle Germani, Jacob Kwiatkowski, Abagail Kwiatkowski, Melissa Kwiatkowski, Natasha Kwiatkowski, Katie Kwiatkowski and Emily O'Brien; and his great grandchildren, Jameson, Reed, Wren and River.
