He was predeceased by: his brother Trevor John Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Brent Smith and Sarah Smith (Wallace); his wife Erika Smith; his children, Xitlali Hernandez and Alexa Eulene Smith; and his godparents, Tom and Patty Chambers.
