She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kelenski and Anna Kelenski (Wypych); her son Anthony Michael Perez; and her siblings, Ilene Gorczewicz and Donald Kelenski.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Perez; her children, Robert Perez (Diane), Scott Perez (Melissa) and Kelly Leal (William); her grandchildren, Alexis, Hannah, Sarah, Emma, Anthony, McKenzie and Alivia; and her sisters, Cecilia Rapacki and Kathleen Perez (Don). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
