He is survived by: his spouses, Sandra Willis and Sandy; his children, Stephanie DeVoogd, Masters DeVoogd and David DeVoogd (Kristen); his grandchildren, Arianna Masters and Brooklyn DeVoogd; his mother Thelma DeVoogd; his sister Christine Hatfield (Dennis); his brothers-in-law, Diane Willis, Lowell Willis (Molly), Steven Willis, Donna Campbell (Mike) and Patricia Willis; and his friend Marie Cole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
