He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Elwart and Estelle Elwart (Mizerski); his wife Carol Majchrzak; his sister Shirley Stein (Dennis); and his son Ronald James.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Manchester (Steve); his grandchildren, Ian and Macy; his godson Tony Stein (Claudia); and his sister-in-law Judy Buxar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
