He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Milko and Lillie Milko; and his brothers, Joe and David. He is survived by: his children, Richard Milko (Christina), Patricia Milko, Jessica Milko and Sarah Cox; and his nieces and nephews, Lee Bruner, William Bruner, Cynthia Conner-Marchese, Frank Trevillian, Darlene Brand (Kenny) and Jeanette Holz (Mark). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
