He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorcas Faulkiner and Roy R. Faulkiner; his brothers-in-law, Ralph Mayle and Victor Mayle; and his nephew Larry Mayle.
He is survived by: his wife Jarvine Faulkiner (Kennedy); his son Dr. Rodney J. Faulkiner, MD; and his siblings, Mary Josephine Mayle (late Ralph) of Moatsville, WV, Lorena Mayle (late Victor) of Howell, MI, Carvel Faulkiner (Arlene) of Moatsville, WV, Wanda Nelson (Irvin) of Missouri and Robert Faulkiner (Velma) of Florida.
