He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Blake and Rose T. Blake (Piotrowski). He is survived by: his wife Norine Blake (Mitten); his children, Daniel Blake (Rebecca), Theresa Wanser (Matthew), Jeanette Kemp and Philip Blake (Amy); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Savannah, Zachary, Ryan and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Mirabella, Brayden and Luke.
