With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Theresa M. Schwan (Warren, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Joseph and Virginia Anna O'Connor; her siblings, Robert Joseph O'Connor Jr., Kathleen Ann O'Connor and Jeanne Marie White; her husband Steven "Steve" James Schwan; her children, Jeffrey James Schwan and Erika Amber Schwan; her stepson Steven Miller Schwan; her daughter Carolyn Hall; her grandchildren, Gage Jeffrey Schwan and Garret Steven Schwan; her sister-in-law Arlyle Bradley; and her nieces and nephews, Michael John O'Connor, Delano Vanneto O'Connor Thomas, Patrick Jones, Wendy Heatherly and Shelly Rosales.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fellowship Chapel (12875 E 14 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312).
