He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clayton Kellogg, Donald Wardell, Paul Quick and Marilyn Quick. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughters, Alicia, Liliana and Madelyn; his parents, Sharon and Wayne Wardell (Janet); his sister Taylor; and his grandmother Geraldine Ruby. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
