He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Tippery and Frank Tippery Jr.; his brother Mark Tippery; his brother-in-law Ben Nabors; and his pets, Raisin and Heather.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Welch; his in-laws, Jack Welch and Rose Santini; and his pet Camille. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
