He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Collin and Raymond Kelsey. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Louis A. Kelsey III (Amanda) and Nick Kelsey (Christy); his grandchildren, Alexis, Lola, Louis IV and Jack Kelsey; and his siblings, Patricia Gietzen (late Thomas) and Beverly Stanley (Ronald). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
