He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Nawrocki and Sophie Nawrocki; his wife Genevieve Baka; and his siblings, Raymond, Eleanor, Leonard, Irene, Norman, Art, Richard, Irwin, Marie and Dolly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Stefanek (Tom), Karen Trakul (David) and Nancy Wilcox; his grandchildren, Christopher Stefanek (Melissa), Julie Stefanek, Colleen Kayl (Jeff), Lauren Corrion (Landon), Michael Nawrocki (Anna), Heather Wilcox, Kelly Jewell (Michael) and Michael Wilcox (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Liam, Lennon, Reyanna, Karaleigh, Roslin, Charlotte, Jack, Madelyn, Connor, Eleanor, John, Mya, Tyler and Kaylee; his great great grandchild Levi; and his siblings, Leroy Nawrocki (Berni) and Bernadine "Bing" Milkulski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D. S. Temrowski and Sons Funeral Home (30009 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093). The lying in state will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (4401 Bart Ave, Warren, MI 48091). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any charity in John's memory.
