She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kumpelis and Anna Kumpelis; and her spouse Laurence. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Peters (Bob), Patricia Whitehead (James) and Debra Jagot (Christian); her grandchildren, Kristen Peters, Sarah Paprocki (Ricky), Evan Whitehead, Sean Whitehead, Michael Peters (Emily), Andrew Jagot (Arianna) and Ryan Whitehead; her great grandchildren, Madison Whitehead, Riley Whitehead, Ryan Whitehead, Maveryk Whitehead, Griffin Peters and Layla Peters; and her sisters, Barb Heistand and Carol Cousineu.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home (30009 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093). A committal service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
