She was predeceased by: her parent Hughie Nute Maples. She is survived by: her parent Caroline Ann Maples; her children, Carl Fait (Marie), Beverly DeClerck (Chuck) and Wendy Ings (Mark); her grandchildren, Casey Urbanek, Tyler Rubio, Andrew Ings and Daniel Ings; and her great grandchildren, Marissa-Marie Urbanek, Madison Urbanek and Mavera Rubio. She is also survived by 2 sisters; 1 brother; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and predeceased by 3 sisters.
