He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blizinski and Linda Blizinski; his brother Mark Blizinski; and his godfather Russell LaRocca. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer M. Blizinski; his uncle Larry LaRocca (Patricia); his mother-in-law Mary Pryor; his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Kozlowski (Bill) and Kerry Gonzales (Greg); his nieces and nephews, William Kozlowski (Stephanie), Mitchell Blizinski, Cameron Blizinski (Brie), Nicholas Sabalinski, Parker Gonzales and Sailor Gonzales; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emery Kozlowski, Nova Kozlowski and Brady Blizinski.
