He is survived by: his children, Debra Wehler (James), Linda Leonberger (Greg) and Karen Berhinig (Dan); his grandchildren, Erin, Evan, Emma, Morgan, Andrew, Megan, Madeline and Eleanor; and his sibling Leonard Kwapis (Fran).

In lieu of flowers family asks for donations to the Alzheimers.
