He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth McVettie and Eva McVettie; his wife Phyllis; and his daughter Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen (Tim), Keith (Linda) and Jacqueline (Christian); his grandchildren, James Timothy (Ashley), Jessica (Paul), Katelyn (Kyle), Nicholas (Michelle), Devon (Gemma), Alexandria (Michael) and Isabella; and his close friend Nancy Courtney.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home (30009 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
