He is survived by: his parents, Ivan Mackey and Marjorie Mackey; his spouse Geraldine; his children, Sheila Hull (Daniel), Susan Mackey, Maureen Mackey (Eric), Sally Mackey and Molly Mercurio (Joe); his stepchildren, Robert Gaffke (Kathy), Michael Gaffke, Christopher Gaffke (Christine) and Mark Gaffke (Wendy); his sibling Eileen Boyle; and also Michael Boyle.
