He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Robert Pocus Sr. and Beulah Pearl Pocus; and his siblings, Thomas R. "Bud" Pocus Jr., Louise Wood, Betty Bouck, MaryAnn Luna, Joseph Pocus and Carol Vitale.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellen LoPresto; his children, James A. Pocus, Sara Blackwell (late David "Buck" Buckner) and Austin Pocus (Victoria); his grandchildren, Heather Buckner, Dakota Shark (Lizzy), Devin Arbogast (Miranda), Ethan Blackwell and Bruce Blackwell Jr. (Javonne); his great grandchildren, Kay, Cash, Lillian, Kayden, Audrina, Stella, Jace and Jett; the mother of his child Arlene Pocus; his sister Clara "Biba" Knight; and also Sara.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home (30009 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
